Information This assembly provides the zoning features usable in LL programs at run-time. It distinguishes zones as follow :

  • Free zones (Zone)
  • Certified zones (Organization or Individual)

and theirs secured exchange capabilities :

  • Partnership (symmetric cryptography).
  • Confidence network (similar to PGP confidence net work).
  • Certification by authorities (similar to SSL/TLS).

Certificate
Information A certificate is the Proof of a zone identity. It is an association class between a Certification authority and a Certified zone. It also has a Public key that allow in asymmetric cryptography either to decrypt messages sent by this zone or to encrypt messages sent to this zone.

Validity begin date: Date time ◈ The validity begin date of this certificate.
Validity end date: Date time ◈ The validity end date of this certificate.
Properties
Valid: Boolean
 A Boolean property telling if this certificate is still valid. This property can perform just a local check or also request to a tiers party (Certification authority).
Certification level: Graduation on 3 ◈ Specifies the level of identity proof check performed by the Certification authority. A minimum level may be required by some stakeholder to perform some actions. The meaning of the levels is:

  • Low: Simple declaration without any check.
  • Medium: Declaration with basic checks.
  • High: Deep check of the identity (can be up to state of the art).

Certification authority
Information An authority is an Organization in charge of ensuring the identity of a zone. It can be public or private organization with public or private scope. Its scope can also be on individuals and/or organizations.
Properties
Check validity(Certificate) : Boolean Check if the Certificate emitted by this authority is valid (format, registered, date, not revoked, signature, etc.).
Command
Get certificate(Certificate application form) : Certificate Build a new Certificate if all the required checks of the form data are passed with success.

Information A form provided to a Certification authority in order for it to ensure of the identity of the certificate requesting zone.
Properties
Identity proofing papers: Pair [0..∞] ◈ A set of papers of any kind that only the certificate requesting zone is able to provide.
Requesting zone : Certified zone ◈ The zone that emits the certificate request.
Requested authority : Certification authority ◈ The Certification authority that receives the request and emits the certificate.
Single usage key: String ◈ A short lived and single usage key emitted by the Certification authority and transmitted to the requester by any alternate channel (postal, phone, etc.).
